استاد راهنمای اصلی در مقاطع تحصیلات تکمیلی:

 

  • هومن ژیان: شبیه سازی ریزساختار سوپرآلیاژ اینکونل 718 ساخته شده به روش چاپگر سه بعدی (عضو تیم پروژه صنایع بومی سازی – برنده طرح برتر صنعتی کشور از وزارت علوم)
  • حبیب همت زاده: بررسی تأثیر سرعت سرد کردن و زمان پیرسازی بر ریز ساختار و خواص مکانیکی سوپرآلیاژ IN718 ساخته شده به سه روش نورد، ریختگی و ذوب گزینشی لیزر(SLM) (عضو تیم پروژه صنایع بومی سازی – برنده طرح برتر صنعتی کشور از وزارت علوم)

(در ادامه استاد راهنمای سرباز نخبگی ایشان در صنایع بومی سازی در رابطه با همین پروژه)

 

 سه پروژه فوق در قالب یک طرح به عنوان طرح برتر صنعتی کشور با همکاری صنایع بومی سازی ایران از وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری در سال 98 انتخاب شد 

 

  • دانیال کیانی نژاد: بررسی خواص سایشی و خستگی آلیاژ A319 ریخته شده به روش فوم فناشونده به منظور استفاده در موتور خودرو (عضو تیم پروژه شرکت ایپکو- برنده طرح برتر پژوهشی کشور از وزارت صنعت)
  • محسن رحمتی: بررسی خواص مکانیکی آلیاژ A319 ریخته گری شده به روش فوم فدا شونده (عضو تیم پروژه شرکت ایپکو- برنده طرح برتر پژوهشی کشور از وزارت صنعت)
  • محمدمهدي نادري: شبیه سازي فرایند ریخته گري آلیاژ آلومینیوم به روش فوم تبخیري (عضو تیم پروژه شرکت ایپکو- برنده طرح برتر پژوهشی کشور از وزارت صنعت)
  • عباس ارجمندی: تاثیرعملیات حرارتی برسختی و ریز ساختار آلیاژA319 ریخته گری شده به روش فوم فدا شونده (عضو تیم پروژه شرکت ایپکو- برنده طرح برتر پژوهشی کشور از وزارت صنعت)

 

طرح بررسی و ساخت محفظه دمابان در قالب چهار پروژه فوق با توجه به نیاز شرکت ایپکو (مرکز تحقیقات موتور ایران خودرو) انجام و همچنین برنده طرح برتر پژوهشی کشور از وزارت صنعت، معدن و تجارت در سال 97 انتخاب شد

 

  • حامد نجفی: تاثیر دما و زمان عملیات حرارتی بر ریزساختار و خواص مکانیکی آلیاژ آلومینیوم A356 در شرایط نیمه جامد (پروژه ایران خودرو-مرکز تحقیقات موتور)
  • فروزان درویشی: بررسـی تـاثیر عناصـرجوانه زاي تیتانیم و بور بر ریزساختار، سـختی و خواص مکانیکی کـامپوزیت هاي درجاي Al-Mg2Si (پروژه آذران استیل)
